Valerie Dolan – Atrophie du Nerf Optique

Valerie Dolan s'est réveillée un matin et a trouvé sa vision sérieusement détériorée. Son inflammation du nerf optique d'origine inconnue fut calmée par stéroïdes mais les dommages engendrés, restèrent. Quelque années plus tard, alors qu'elle n'avait pas vu beaucoup de progrès, Valerie choisit de venir en Chine pour recevoir un traitement par cellules souches adultes.

Elle remarqua alors des changements radicaux pendant son séjour à Qingdao et également après. Sa distance de vue augmenta significativement. Elle retrouva également la capacité à reconnaître certaines couleurs.
